revert r4442 that was not necessary. there were broken tarballs on the public downloads.digium.com site, and for some reason it was not updating to the proper versions stored in the master repository. anyone who has this problem of not getting the proper .bin file names should perform a 'make distclean' and try rebuilding and reinstalling.
