2008-10-31wcb4xxp: Claim to provide DACS for dahdi_scanTzafrir Cohen
dahdi_scan can tell that a span is digital if its first channel has DACS signalling capability. While this is probably not supported by the current driver, it is also harmless. Without this, dahdi_scan shows the spans of this card as analog.
