Add ContactStatusDetail to PJSIPShowEndpoint AMI output.
Now when running PJSIPShowEndpoint, you will receive a ContactStatusDetail for each bound contact that Asterisk is qualifying. This information includes the URI of the contact, current reachability, and roundtrip time.
