2006-04-29revert the last change to this Makefile which removed the rules to buildRussell Bryant
app_apt. These rules *are* needed beacause this module uses libtonezone, so it needs this information from autoconf in case it is located in a non-standard location. in the 1.2 release. They are being removed from the trunk and will not be in the next major release.
