2009-06-30Move Asterisk-addons modules into the main Asterisk source tree.Russell Bryant
Someone asked yesterday, "is there a good reason why we can't just put these modules in Asterisk?". After a brief discussion, as long as the modules are clearly set aside in their own directory and not enabled by default, it is perfectly fine. For more information about why a module goes in addons, see README-addons.txt. chan_ooh323 does not currently compile as it is behind some trunk API updates. 2009-06-16Ensure that configure-script testing for compiler attributes actually works.Kevin P. Fleming
The configure script tests for compiler attributes didn't actually enable enough warnings or provide a proper test harness to determine whether the compiler supports the attribute in question or not; this caused gcc 4.1 to report that it supports 'weakref', but it doesn't actually support it in the way that is needed for our optional API mechanism. 2009-03-17Allow H.323 Plus library to be used in addition to the OpenH323 libraryJeff Peeler
Chan_h323 can now be compiled against both the previously supported versions of OpenH323 as well as the current H.323 Plus (version 1.20.2). The configure script has been modified to look in the default install location of h323 to hopefully help avoid using the environment variables OPENH323DIR and PWLIBDIR. Also, the CLI command "h323 show version" has been added which indicates which version of h323 is in use. 2009-02-18Modify h323 to build against PTLib as well as the older PWLibJeff Peeler
Several changes in PTLib have occurred requiring build time detection. Changes accounted for include the library name change, config option change, install location change, and a boolean type change which is handled by ast_ptlib.h. Also, the sed check has been modified to properly work with autoconf >= 2.62.
