2010-05-13Add kqueue(2) implementation to Asterisk in various places.Tilghman Lesher
This will save a considerable amount of CPU on the BSDs, including Mac OS X, as it eliminates several places in the code that we previously used a busy loop. Additionally, this adds a res_timing interface, using kqueue timers. 2008-01-09Added a new module, res_phoneprov, which allows auto-provisioning of phonesTerry Wilson
based on configuration templates that use Asterisk dialplan function and variable substitution. It should be possible to create phone profiles and templates that work for the majority of phones provisioned over http. It is currently only intended to provision a single user account per phone. An example profile and set of templates for Polycom phones is provided. build times - tested, there is no measureable difference before and after this commit. In this change: use asterisk/compat.h to include a small set of system headers: inttypes.h, unistd.h, stddef.h, stddint.h, sys/types.h, stdarg.h, stdlib.h, alloca.h, stdio.h Where available, the inclusion is conditional on HAVE_FOO_H as determined by autoconf. Normally, source files should not include any of the above system headers, and instead use either "asterisk.h" or "asterisk/compat.h" which does it better.
