	This fixes a regression in callerid parsing introduced when another bug was fixed. This bug occurred when the name was composed entirely of DTMF keys and quoted without a number section (<>). 2014-08-27	CallerID: Fix parsing of malformed callerid	Kinsey Moore
	This allows the callerid parsing function to handle malformed input strings and strings containing escaped and unescaped double quotes. This also adds a unittest to cover many of the cases where the parsing algorithm previously failed.
