Add a more proper MMX support to OSLEC
* Grab mmx.h from http://svn.astfin.org/software/oslec/trunk/spandsp-0.0.3/src/spandsp/mmx.h

* Fix Kbuild
* Re-add MMX and SSE2 support in fir.h
Note that the added code still needs some slightly shaping into kernel form.
