dahdi_dynamic: Trivial removal of 'zaptel' references.
Replaces all the 'z' references to 'd' as appropriate and cleans up any formatting problems that popped up as a result. The intent here is to reduce confusion in the future as someone may wonder what the 'Z's refer to.
