Centos5's sudo fails to close FD 3. This happens to be a socket. It makes
rapid-tunneling-status falsly detect the client as "connecting". Ignore
it.

* rapid-tunneling-status -s (Stop) will also delete entries from authorized
keys.
* rapid-tunneling-status -r (Remove) will do that - if not connected.
* Note the authorized_keys file in the man page.
* Better initialize variables.
* More documentation updates.

Switch to using $HOME/.rapid-tunneling as the base directory for files
we need to keep (instead of simply using $HOME).
