Kan-Video

A plugin that provides Hebrew video content of Kan, the Israeli Public
Broadcasting Corporation.
Original site: http://www.kan.org.il/
This is still a preliminary version that:
* "Recent videos" is not yet implemented
* Lacks showing any descriptions beyond names
* Does not show images
* Still too slow
Audio content is also available from the same site. It probably belongs
in a separate addon, as it seems that addons that mix media types are
not popular.

They seem reasonable. It seems that this plugins falls within the
terms of fair use. I have attempted to notify Kan of this plugin.
* Images are currently based on the logo of Kan. Should that be an
issue, they need to be replaced.
