In order to install the b410p drivers one simply needs to type:

`make b410p`

The mISDN drivers will be downloaded and installed automatically. Then
you will need to run

`/etc/init.d/misdn-init config`

and then configure the /etc/misdn-init.conf in accordance with your desired
port configuration. You will then need to load the modules:

`/etc/init.d/misdn-init start`

For the Asterisk portion of the installation, you must use either the -trunk
branch or the crichter branch (for a 1.2 based version of asterisk), which can
be checked out as follows:

`svn co http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/team/crichter/0.3.0`

The preferred and working branch right now is above is crichter. Trunk is not
guaranteed to work.

The remainder of the configuration is just setup of /etc/asterisk/misdn.conf.
